The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moves to amend the bill on page 17, section 7, line 129, after the word “fee” by striking the comma and the words “plus any residuary as set forth in §22-6A-7(h)(4)(A) of this code” and the second comma;

AND,

On page 18, section 7, line 153, after the word “fee” by striking the comma and the words “plus any residuary as set forth in §22-6A-7(i)(4)(A) of this code” and the second comma.
